Legal Question in Workers Comp in Massachusetts

background: A bank owns (foreclosed) a house. A current tenant of that house is involved in ongoing "talks" with the bank about purchasing the house. That tenant was given authority by said bank to "hire" someone to shovel the snow on the property. That someone is me. There was a storm that yielded at least fifteen inches of snow. In the process of this duty I injured my back(severely). This was not a pre-existing condition. My question is: Do I have any grounds for a lawsuit against the bank for injuries sustained during performance of this job?
