Re: Benefits

If your benefits were stopped by the insurance company you will need to file a claim with the Dept of Industrial Accidents to have them reinstated. If a judge stopped your benefits you will need to file an appeal. Do you have both carpal tunnel syndrome and thoracic outlet syndrome? Has your doctor diagnosed either or both conditions as having been caused by the work you do? This will be very important in establishing your rights and having your benefits resumed.

I hope this helps. Good Luck!
