Legal Question in Workers Comp in Massachusetts

I all ready have a claim and I returned to work. Now the pain is back. It seems my boss wants me to quit. I dont think I can handle this kinda of work anymore. I feel I might need a lawyer because all WC wants to do is send me back to work(construction) and I feel its only getting worse.
