Legal Question in Workers Comp in Massachusetts

I slipped & fell while working on jan.25,2011. I injured my shoulder & it's not healing. I reported it to my Insurance Co. & finally went to a doctor. after x-ray's & exam, he said that it's a torn rotator cuff. He said surgery would be needed to fix this & 4 months recovery time. I have not missed work,can still do my job,just have limited use of my arm. My ? is- I can't afford to take 4 months off & my insurance co's payment to me is not what I'm making now a week. What should I do? Thanks john
