Legal Question in Workers Comp in Massachusetts

Workers Compensation/ Medical Malpractice

I was involved in an accident at my place of work, the result being a left broken wrist. I was admitted into the emergency room. X rays were performed on my wrist, and I was told how badly it had been broken, both the Radius and the Ulna. I was then placed in traction, and stayed over night . Approximately 34 hours after being admitted, I was taken into surgery where a General Orthopedic Surgeon performed what was called an External Fixator, putting pins into the radius to hold the broken pieces together.

After approximately 10 weeks, the Ex Fix was removed, and I started Occupational Therapy, from the beginning my Therapist felt there was something wrong with my nerve. After trying to return to my DR and then nother set of DRs for follow up to her concerns, I was promptly told to go away for a few months. Through the help of my Therapist I went to a third DR, who immediately saw what was the problem

. In addition, upon opening up the scar sight to try to release the nerve from Scar tissue, he discovered that the nerve had actually been severed by the original DR when placing one of the pins in.

I'M TRYING TO GET THIS IN UNDER 1250 CHARACTERS.
