someone is trying to prosicute me for stealing money from theyre bank the account but they gave me the all the information to access the account to wire money what can i do

Well, they must show proof of stealing. I they have prros, you must demonstrate that they gave you the inormation.
In your case, is necessary show proofs of stealing, irst of all. If they doesn't show proofs, no problem for you. If they show proofs, you need witness or proofs. Be patient until they show proofs.
