Legal Question in Business Law in Mexico
I need a NDA for a Mexican company that wishes to do business with a US company. The two
principals of the Mex company are 1-Peruvian and 2-US citizens. The Peruvian is a Mexican
resident. The business is Seafood, coming from Peru.

Good day Rafael, if by NDA you�re refering to a NON-DISCLOUSURE-AGREEMENT, i would just need to know the following:
1. The contract will be sign in accordance with Mexican law in Mexico
2. The NDA is "general" or is it subject to the negotiations or a specific topic
3. Do you need the contract to comply with California laws.
