Legal Question in Business Law in Mexico
im a negotiation facilitator.a company is asking me a non solicitation agreement,is it good for me to sign it??i live in mexico,and the company is located in usa.

Such a contract is meant to protect the company requesting it, not yourself; however, it may be just fair that you agree to it. If you have no plans of ever competing with the company in question, then why you would not sign it?
