Civil Process -Mexican (filed) cases
Does Texas have a jursidictional right to served civil process documents w/i the state of Texas? The case is filed in Mexico, it's brought to us (law enforcement office) to serve a person living in a county in Texas.

The question appears to be whether or not a law enforcement agency may legally serve process from Mexico upon a Texas resident within the State of Texas? Answer: Yes, of course. Serving documents does not mean the agency is putting its stamp of approval on the papers - the agency does not sit in judgment of the legality of the papers - that will be up to the courts.
