Legal Question in Consumer Law in Mexico
online credit card purchase
Hello, on february 20th i bought an ebook online, the website promissed to send the ebook by email and assign a professional guide. I received just an email with a link to a page with the worst information about the subject and telling me that they would help me achive my goals. I waited for a day or two to get my ebook and then I decided to ask for a reason, I wrote more than 10 messages to the writer and to clickbank, the credit card processor who has a refuns policy, and I haven't received any response from they until now. My bank statement shows the charge, and I didn't received what I bought. Is there a way I can force the credit card processor or the seller to refund my money, I know 24.95 is not alot, but the fact is I feel robbed.
Any help would be appreciated.
