my boyfriend 's soon to be ex wife has a divorce decree from mexico from her second marriage is it valid in the u.s. the date filed was june 3,1992 date granted was june 10th 1992 they were then married on june 28,1992 the decree seems phony could have taken place that fast and it is recognized in the us, it is not signed by either of them of by the mexican judge we think she married my boyfriend while still being married to her second husband that makes her a biamist. please help any answers

It may or may not be valid, foreign divorce decrees should be registered to be considered valid in the US. It should be registered where either of them live.
