The las may my aunt Margarita Padilla was murdered in his house, i sign a testament, this year in february my aunt Paul Padilla open the testament and no notify to me, what i can do? where i can review my name to the testament, and if any body speak spanish, thank you i be wait the answer

Necesito saber en d�nde fue la apertura del testamento para poder asesorarle mejor.

Generalmente puede usted enviar a juicio testamentario el testamento si no le fue debidamente notificada la apertura.
