my boyfriend needs to obtain a divorce his wife lives in mexico what do we need to do and can we do it from ky

If your boyfriend has lived in Kentucky for at least 180 days, then he can file for divorce here. The divorce can be granted even if his wife never comes before the court, but any property settlement might be difficult if the property is outside of Kentucky and she is not properly served. If there is no property to divide, then it should be simple enough.
