Divorce Requirements

What do I need to bring with me to Mexico to obtain a quickie divorce? How long does it take and how much will it cost? Are both signatures required? My spouse left me 10 years ago and I am unaware of her whereabouts.

It is a bad idea to get a Mexican "quickie" divorce because the divorce may not stand up to scrutiny in the US which coul dlead to all kinds of legal problems down th eline. It is always best to bring the action in the state of your domicile. Please call me if you have any other questions.
