Can you garnish wages in Mexico?

I have a child 4 mos of age with a prominent lasik eye surgeon in Mexico and my son and I reside in California. I do know that my son's father's earing's is over 60 million a year. I would like to know being that his practices are in Mexico if it's possible for the U.S. government to garnish his wages to pay me child support?

You would have to send a certified copy of the child support order to an attorney in Mexico and get an order from a court in Mexico to issue an order attaching his wages. The U. S. Government has no authority to attach his income or property in Mexico.
