I have hear about global divorce services trough internet, is it valid in mexico?

Golbal divorce probably means that all issues will be resolved at one time. It is unlikely that it means that it is valid throughout the world. Whether a divorce is recognized by a specific country would depend upon the policy of that country and the circumstances of the the divorce.
