Legal Question in Family Law in Mexico
If a woman, a US citizen, marries a Mexican citizen in the US, becomes pregnant and gives birth in Mexico, does she have a legal right to bring her child across the US border without the father? The mother has a passport, the child does not. If she is in an abusive relationship can she claim asylum for her child?

1.- No, never. Except if she has a Family Court's permission for the travel.
2.- Yes, of course. Child is Mexican and he/she is under Mexican Law protection.
