Legal Question in Immigration Law in Mexico
one of my cousins got deported to mexico for life because he had sex with a minor of 15, and he whanted to know if there could be a possibilitey of him entering the united states again or if there could be something he could do to go back to the united states?

Hello:
He is considered to be an aggravated felon. However, if he plead guilty to that crime, he can try to vacate the crime, especially based upon a new Supreme Court case. My firm can do this if you are interested. Please let me know.
