Legal Question in Immigration Law in Mexico
I was deported in february 2010 after serving a 10 year sentence for conspiracy to distribute marijuana, I lived in the U.S. since march of 1969 mainly in Detroit Mi. I have a 17 year old son who is an american citizen and also my Mother, would like to know if I can return to the U.S., thank you.
