Legal Question in Immigration Law in Mexico

I was deported from U.S. after serving a ten year sentence and was a permanent resident for 40 years I would like to know if theres any way for me to return, I have a 17 year old son who is an American citizen also my Mother

Hello:

It is possible to come back depending on the ground of deportation. It would necesitate a Permission to Reenter, Waiver of the 10 year Bar and Consulate Processing. However, if you were considered an aggravated felon, it may be necessary to first get criminal relief or a pardon. Please let me know the specifics.
