Legal Question in Immigration Law in Mexico
Family issues
Im a Woman living in Mexico. Just recently i gave birth to my daughter with a tourist visa in the United States, and im paying hospital bills. I wish to visit relatives in California for Christmas, is there any danger that my daughter could get take away from me crossing the border because she is an American, and my husband works in Mexico? Is there any problem that i could have?

Are American Citizen? Mexican Citizen? Does your husband is American Citizen?
What is your residence, M�xico or the USA?
What relatives do you have in the USA? Are Americans? If not, Do they have legal residence in the USA?
