Legal Question in Immigration Law in Mexico

I am mexican, so my husband and
my child. Recently we bought a
house in Texas in orden to move and
live there and stay there as long as
possible. Mexico is getting worst in
solving its security problems.
Q: What can we do to become our
staying legal if we want to create a
curriculum to later become
residents?
