Legal Question in Immigration Law in Mexico
Tourist visa vs. Fiance visa
I'm trying to get my mexican boyfriend to the United States so that he can get to know my family. We may or may not marry in the US. In your experience is it easier to get a visa by applying as a fiance or as a tourist?

Re: Tourist visa vs. Fiance visa
It is easier to apply as a Tourist. Fiance is not a term considered to apply for a Visa. Marriage should be demonstrated in order to apply for the respective Visa. Getting married in the USA should be preferable, but the immigration proceeding will take some years
