visa
i have grandparents who were legally my guardians after
my parents death, now i would like to get them a visa to come
to the US to visit me, would i be able to do that while im here?

You can help them fill out the paper work that they will need for the visa, but otherwise, it will be up to them to go to the Consulate to obtain a tourist visa to visit you.

You can do a paper work for your grandparents, however they will have to go to the interview, sign papers and Fingerprints themself.You may also want to contact U.S embassy in the country where they live to check country special requirements.
