Legal Question in Immigration Law in Mexico
Waiver 601
my husband is awaiting an interview with the us embassy for return of the 1 160 waiver does he need to bring documents with him to the interview or just the paper work that the embassy gave him to fill out.

He should contact the embassy directly to determine if it is necessary to submit any document. Each situation is different and independent. Some times the papers are requested and the embassy simply does not request them in the interview.
