Legal Question in International Law in Mexico
International Business
I am a US Citizen living in Mexico. I have a business project that I want to realize. I have written an English Text Book and want to publish it in Mexico and the USA. Is it best to do it as a Mexico based business or US based business operating in Mexico? I´m new to this stuff so I have no idea how to make a success of this venture.

Re: International Business
You will probably want to work with someone you're comfortable with in either country. I would recommend the US, if you want to publish here. I handle intellectual property and also international law matters. I also speak Spanish, if you are interested.

Please take note that the copyright and Trademarks rights are based on each territory at a time, and according to each country law.
In Europe, it is different since there are Regional registrations on this issues.
Follow a legal strategy which could proctect your book in both countries.
