Legal Question in International Law in Mexico
Legal Last Will and Testiments for International Claims
My husband and I have assets in Australia, US and Mexico. We would like to find an online will as we have nothing currently in place and are worried about something happening to one or both of us. Can you advise how to fill out a will online that will cover for international assets completely? Currently residing in Mexico.

Just to get a Will on the Internet and to fill out will not take care of your situation. We practice for over 30 years in international law and know that you need an explicit will to cover the different jurisdiction.Even some research has to be made to secure your intentions.
Re: Legal Last Will and Testiments for International Claims
It is important to make sure all your assests are on the name of you and your husband. 2.-Implement an itemized list of your your assets.3.-Draft the respective will mentioning all the jurisdiction in which you have your assets, however you should consider to state that any asset on your name should also be part of this list, if the mentioned assets appear in any other territory in the future.
4.- In some countries, it is necessary to fulfill with certain formalities on Property rights so it is essential to meet with those provisions as well.
5.- If you reside in Mexico you can draft the respective will before a Notary Public and the reference document will be valid before other jurisdictions, as long as the legalizations or apostilles are duly met.
