Legal Question in Personal Injury in Mexico

24 Stitches in Puerta Penasco
On March4, 2004 at 7:30 fell at a resort. No ligths were on. Hit face first onto concrete wall. Ambulance came, rushed to clinic. 24 stitches, overnight stay and will have to have plastic surgery,lots of pain and suffering. Any advice?
