Legal Question in Personal Injury in Mexico

Injured in Mexico
My husband was injured at the Omni Cancun in Mexico, their corp quarters are in Texas. Broke his arm in 6 places, fell in water on floor, they paid for nothing. We have had to pay everything, including surgery, etc, nearly $4000 so far. Can we persue Omni stateside, or have to file in Mexico?

You must sue in Mexico. File at Mexican Civil Court with local Attorney.
