International lawsuit
Can i sue someone in the u.S. Which both plainiff and defendants are u.S. Citizens over a theft of money (rental income) in mexico.

No, you need to suit them in Mexico because the US Law does not allow you to do it in the US, the resolution of the Mexican Judge can be executed in the US.
