recently found out real estate property 25-30yrs later is still under my mother's name.
she has since divorced my father. she has no copies of documents. property was never handed over in any way. any way to claim and sell property in this situation?
who to contact to gain copies of property ownership?
there are tenants we know living there presently.
i lve in nyc. 80yo mother in la, ca.
