How do I stop alimony?

It solely depends on what you judgment of divorce says; are you able to modify the support or is it non-modifyable? And if it is modifyable, what stipulations did you put in the judgment of divorce, as well as have there been any change in circumstance which would necessitate the reduction. I assume you mean how do you stop paying alimony. I would have to read your judgment, but alimony is generally modifiable if you have a material change in circumstances. Bill Stern 248-353-9400
