i am using my credit cards eventhough i know i cant repay them

That can be a problem. The resulting debt may be non-dischargeable in bankruptcy. The use of a credit card without an expectation of repaying the debt can be fraud.

Not a smart idea. It sounds like you are unable to pay your debts as they come due, so consider filing bankruptcy.
