derogatory voicemails
My child who is 11 has been receiving prank phone calls with a computer generated voice and the voice a young girl on her cell phone repeatedly for almost 2 hours, does this fall under harassment laws?

Absolutely. In Massachusetts at minimum you could get a complaint for annoying and harassing phone calls. You should contact your local police department as well as the phone companies involved and give them the information and ask for guidance. Good Luck.
