Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan

Regarding my situation
Sir or Madam, i really need an answer with my problem, i went to USA through K1 visa or fiancee visa, me and my fiance got married after 4 months instead of after 3 months from the time that i entered the country, we were filing my green card but then the immigration gave us back all the papers coz they want us to re process the papers again, the worst thing i did is i went back to my country while my greencard is pending, since my husband and me keeps fighting too on that time, i didnt have knowledge about all my papers on that time also, now i dont know if i can go back in the USA, i am asking for a divorce with my husband too, and it is still on going, Is there a way that i can go back to the USA if ever someone will sponsor me as a fiancee visa after i got divorce? its been almost three years since i left the USA and not able to comeback no more. I am hoping for your help. thanks

Yes, if you can have your marriage annulled then you can still qualify for a fiance or spouse visa with another man as a petitioner.
