Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Michigan

Over a year ago i went to the doctor for pain in my right shoulder area, he said i tore a muscle and I was prescribed Physical Therapy for 2 months. During the time of Therapy and consistently after i also visited the chiropractor 2 times a month. 4 months after finishing physical therapy i went back to the doctor with the same pain in my shoulder and was once again sent to physical therapy. My physical therapist on the first visit told me to see an orthopedic surgeon because there was curvature in my back. I went to an orthopedic surgeon to find out my pain was caused by scoliosis and that it would have to be operated on immediately. I had two curves; one 58 degrees and the other 28. During these four months where my scoliosis had become very severe i had seen my chiropractor twice a month, who never said anything. If this was caught in time, my scoliosis could have been prevented from worsening and i would not have had to undergo a major surgery followed by months of rehabilitation. Is there any legal action i can take towards either my physician or chiropractor for not diagnosing my scoliosis?
