enterprise stolen car
my mom and sister are handicaped,
they rented car, bought all the insurance so it was 100% covered.
Guy said you are 100% insured.
Car was carjacked, and stolen,
my sister filed a police report. Now insurance wants to sue for the 65,000 for the car amount because there rider or insurance dont cover
stolen. my mom sighned for it and has a server head injury, asked if it was 100% coverage they said yes.
No where did the company ask about my moms coverage, or make her sighn an exact form stating if it's stolen not covered. They did have every form known to man to cover themselves. since they are experts in car rental, have form for thier protection... my mom who has diminshied capactity to understand complex contracts, and my sister does as well... the expert car rental place didn't advice them correctly-
they didn't do a back round check on my sisters record, they did anything to just make sure they rented the car, took the extra insurance money and that's it...
My mom will now become homeless and loose her house because of HER structured settlement she will loose - they just filed for chapter 7 I am the song and now will look into this 24- 7 till it's over HELP,
