Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Michigan
appeal question
what are the chances of, someone who has been convicted of assault with a dangerous weapon, actually winning an appeals case if he is already serving time for his conviction? there are several pictures of myself with obvious severe injuries and a bite mark on his hand. wouldn't he be hurting his self trying for an appeals case?

Re: appeal question
Appealing a conviction cannot increase the sentence. There are, however, very limited time periods in which to file an appeal. Please call me at (800) 313-9619 tomorrow to discuss the detais of this matter.
