Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Michigan
If you have an Employment case in court and iy involves a union and that the employer violated the union contract isn't that grounds for the appells court to reverse the lower courts opinion and over turn the case for trial ?

An appeals court will reverse a lower court's decision if it determines that the lower court either made an error of law or a mistake of fact. Your question poses neither scenario.
