Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Michigan
My husband had a vehicle repoed 14 years ago , we went to court and the judge dismissed it because of no representation on their part. Now we are recieving letters stating he owes 29,000 and some change. When they took him to court it was for close to 9,000. Can they do that to him?
