Noise Violation

If i get a noise violation ticket, and the police officer wrote the ticket for the wrong adress, is the ticket then voided and dropped?

It is within the discretion of the judge. You still have to fight the tocket. If it is dismissed, it can be re-written and you are back to where you started so you really have to decide if that defense is effective. William Stern 248-353-9400
