Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Michigan
unfair billing
I actually have two questions the first is when a person hires an attorney do they have to be present; if i want them present do i need to have them subpeonad? The second is I had a horse it stayed on a farm, a vet looked at the horse without my permission am i responsible or is the farm?

If you gave permission to another person to act in your place to hire a lawyer, then you do not have to be present. If the horse was very ill and needed immediate attention, you are responsible for the vet bill. Bill Stern 248-353-9400
