Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan
after bancruptcy
After your bankruptcy is finished and your debts are discharged, can you buy or own anything new. If we declare bankruptcy and 6 months later we want to buy a new car or a house, is this allowed. My husband thinks we can not have anything for 7 years.
