Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan
After Bankruptcy
I went Bankrupt two years ago.
My question is I let a Pick-up truck go back to a creditor, I wrote off during Banruptcy. I was recently approved for a car loan with the same creditor.
Can this creditor collect from me my prior loan before I went Bankruptcy?
Thank you
