Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan

I file for bankruptcy 2 to 3 years ago and have been discharged for a little over 2 years now. How long before i can file again. What are the repruccussions if i do file again.

You can file another Chap. 7 bankruptcy when 8 years have passed from discharge of a previous Chap. 7. You can file a 13 and get a discharge after 4 years. You can file a 13 anytime without a discharge to stop a foreclosure or repossession.
