Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan
Bankruptcy
I filed for chapter 13 in Mi. in Jan.2001.
I canceled it in april 2001 before it went to court.
How long before it can be taken off credit reports? I saw back in 2001 it was 7 yrs. but now i hear it is 10 yrs. If it has changed would it be grandfathered ?
