Bankruptcy 13 to keep home and Tax levy
I have a tax levy on my payroll and I am filing the back taxes. But I need to file bankruptcy to keep my home. How can I do this? Time is of the essence.
I want to file a chapt. 13.

I can assist you in filing a Chap. 13 bankruptcy. I do not believe you should do this yourself because it will probably result in your case being dismissed. These are very complicated and time-consuming. You also need help in determing if this is the best remedy for your situation or if you are eligible for a 13.
You may not need any money up-front for me to represent you except for the filing fee of $274 and debt counseling fee of approximately $100.
