my house is going into foreclosure, my question is a realator wants to do a quick sale but my house has a second morgage that would not be included in the quick sale he said to sighn a promise note to pay and then include it in my bankruptcy is this corrck would it be allowed in my bankruptcy

This sounds like a good plan for the realtor to get a commission. Even if the second mortgage holder went for it, which it probably would not, it would not be in your best interests most likely. I strongly suggest you do NOTHING unless you talk to an attorney. You can call me at 248.679.1552.
