bankruptcy reafirmation
Filed bankruptcy, kept truck & gmac loan. Never filed reafirmation. Now credit report says account is closed. i am still paying for vehicle. what is going to happen.

If you want to keep the car you need to pay for it. You may want to contact the lender to make sure they will be cooperative about handing over title once that happens. The reason the account is closed is because you are no longer personally liable since you did not sign a reaffirmation agreement.
