Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan
chapter 7 bankruptcy is discharged. chase did not want to reaffirm the loan. prior to discharge.after 3 months chase decides to reaffirm the loan on their own. with out any notifaction to me or my wife..and is forclosing on my home. my home. which they have that right. but they are forecloseing for non morgage payment. i have offered to sign the property back over to them. they have refuse this offer. can they put in the credit bureaure as a bad debt for none payment?

No entity can file a reaffirmation agreement 'on it's own' - you have to be a party to the contract. They can list a foreclosure on your credit report.
